What is Pop Up Art Camp? Pop Up Art Camp embodies the charm of summer camp meeting the practice of art exploration. Pop Up Art Camp focuses on individual and group projects that encourages creative confidence and following your inspiration. The term Pop Up is the adaptable structure of Camp “popping up” for a short period of time: birthday parties, 3-5 day art camps, after school program, and private workshops. Pop Up Art Camp has been hosted at family homes, elementary schools and local business facilities. All sessions are hosted and taught by Ali Rybczyk.
What are the ages/capacity for Camp? Primarily ages 6-12 / Each Pop Up Art Camp session is customized for clients- Ages may vary. Camps have been anywhere from one on one private sessions to 30 kids.
What type of projects will my child create at Camp? This is a painting/ drawing focused art camp. This program includes structure custom to the specificity of the group/individual. Group murals, self portraits, affirmation cards, still life drawing, creating decorations. Most group sessions include theatrical group activity (skits, “talent shows”) and light dance movement to ignite play for a fully immersed creative experience. Ali has specialized in creating abstract art pieces with your child one on one in addition to her group sessions.
